SeaSense

SeaSense is a compact medium frequency ASW sonar system designed for small corvettes down to autonomous platforms such as Atlas Elektronik UK’s ARCIMS USV product range. Designed to operate within shallow littoral waters with high detection rates against submarines, min-subs and large diver deliver vehicles.

SeaSense provides outstanding performance in challenging environments or area-constrained search and detect operations such as:

Picket-fence operations
Port Security
Anti-piracy and drugs interdiction

SeaSense is part of the Atlas generation of new and advanced ASW sonar systems, which comply with today’s naval requirements to counter the ASW threat. The active sonar, with passive capability, is designed to locate, track and detect underwater threats.
